Tomorrow is the day!
March 1st. I will make a huge effort to count points AND I'm going to exercise.
Today is going to be rough (HA HA). I've got work until about 5, then I MUST go to the grocery store, and there's something work-related that I'd really like to get done if my voice is up to it, and then American Idol.
And tomorrow I have to exercise BEFORE American Idol starts. :) I hope my brother is working tomorrow night. He was home all night last night.
I'm completely hungry right now and didn't have breakfast. That's about all there is to post.
Grocery List:
Skim milk
Cereal (I'm rather addicted to the 1/3 less sugar Frosted Flakes)
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Oranges
Apples
Tortillas
Bread
Salad Dressing
Lunch Meat
Shredded Cheese
And all kinds of other stuff I can't think of at the moment. I'm a pretty picky eater and I need to start cooking more.
I also forgot to mention that I'm not going back to my meetings. I have all the information, I have a scale, I just need to make up my mind to do it.
Actually, my scale isn't accurate, so I'm going to use my parents' scale since I'm moving home with them anyway. I won't be there full-time until May, but I'll be there plenty in the next couple months to do other things. I'll fit a weigh-in while I'm there.

Thanks Sarah!
I know I can do this without going to the meetings because YOU do it without going to the meetings. And I have a coworker who does it without going and she's lost close to 100 pounds.
I wish I knew how to use excel. I'm going to take a tutorial on it this summer. :)

I am so proud of you! I know you can do it! I find that I do best with staying on points after a good trip to the grocery store. I think I will start to go more often. I don't go to meetings. When I started this whole thing I was still in school and couldn't really make them. I do keep an excel file with all of my weekly weigh-ins. It helps keep me accountable and I have something to go back and look at.
