A little bored.
And lazy.
I haven't been having many fruits and veggies lately. Let's face it, I'd rather not have ANY fruits and veggies, but I must. I did have an orange yesterday. I meant to cut up a cucumber and have a salad last night and for lunch today, but I was too busy talking on the phone and watching T.V. to actually make it.
I will cut up that cucumber tonight and have salad for dinner.
I'd rather be eating at Chick-fil-A.
Friday night is going to be interesting. If I lose anything Thursday, I'm going not going to do the Chinese thing for lunch because I know I'll be having snacks that night. It's Keeno night and there will probably be lots of good stuff to eat...good as in bad, not good as in good. I'll need to save my points for that night, but I'll be sad not having Chinese at lunch...
But, I may not lose this week (hopefully I won't gain either), and maybe I should make a rule that I have to lose at least 1 pound in order to reward myself with Chinese. Anything less than a pound doesn't count. ;)
My new boss is a very fit woman. She's trying to start a pilates group at work! I'm too fat to join (I have 163 more pounds to lose!), but I'm secretly hoping that I can lose weight and keep it off this time. There are lots of new, glamorous people at work and they didn't know me when I'd lost that weight two years ago. I want them to see I'm fabulous. I mean, they like me already, but I know I'm excluded from things because of my weight...and it's nothing major...just shopping and stuff like that.
I've also been thinking about surgery. Cosmetic surgery. ACK! I'm hoping I won't need it, but if I have saggier boobs than I do now when I reach my goal, I'm totally getting new ones. If I have lots of loose skin around my upper arms and stomach, that goes too. I'm not sure how I'll pay for it, but I'm CERTAIN it'll be fine. I'll just go to Sean and Christan from Nip/Tuck. ;)
(For those of you who don't know me, that last part about Sean and Christian was a joke...I mean, they are probably WAY too expensive....HAHHAHHAH...I crack myself up.)
