I'm worried.
I know I shouldn't worry and I shouldn't beat myself up, but I think I may have a gain this week rather than a loss. I just feel like I've gone over my points too much this week. It hasn't been horrible...I'm talking between 1 to 2 points each day, but I used all my flex points too. :( I don't have a good feeling about getting on the scale tomorrow.

Being worried is normal. I am sure you will be ok. If you do gain, you will be able to lose it again =)
