By popular (ha) demand...the BURRITO!

I get sick of these from time to time, but let me tell you they are FILLING!

And so easy...tweak the "recipe" how you like. I just kind of made it up one day.

98% Fat Free flour tortilla (soft taco size) - 2 points
Fat Free refried beans - check the points on the can, but it's something ridiculously low--1 point for 1/2 cup or something like that, but I never use that much.
Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar (you can get the FF for less points) - 2 pts for 1/4 cup, but I never use that much!

So, I take a tortilla, spread some beans topped with cheese and pop it in the microwave for a bit until it's warm, then I add salsa or fresh chopped tomatoes if I have them (0 points), lettuce (0 points), and light sour cream (I use a LOT bcs I love sour cream, so that's between 1-2 points), and there you have it! My brother made one last night after he saw mine and used the left over taco sauce I'd saved from Taco Bell. I never thought about using the taco sauce, and I'm not sure if it has points or not.

Add things or take away as you like, but this is easy and filling. Tostitos makes light tortilla chips if you crave those, but I can't buy them without eating most of the bag in one sitting.
